Baltimore International College is a regionally accredited, independent College offering specialized baccalaureate and associate degrees, and a certificate program through its School of Culinary Arts, School of Business and Management, and Division of Evening Studies. The College's urban-campus in Baltimore, Maryland, is located just two blocks from the famous Inner Harbor and within easy walking distance of many of the city’s major attractions. Virginia Park, a suburban 100-acre campus in Virginia, County Cavan, Ireland, is home to the Park Hotel, a golf course, the pleasure gardens, and 15 miles of walking paths.

Faculty members include chefs and academic instructors of high academic distinction. The student-faculty ratio averages 15:1. The College seeks candidates who desire a professional career in the hospitality industry. Classes are held in the spring, summer, and fall. and there are also evening classes.

In addition to classrooms, cooking labs, offices, and dorms, the College’s Baltimore campus includes a bookstore, computer lab, student union, hotel, inn, restaurant, parking, and student housing. The Learning Resource Center includes a library, computer lab, and a gallery of edible art. Founded in 1972, the College educates more than 800 students annually, with 52 percent men and 48 percent women.
