Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology to entry the University.
ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
MSUAB is a leading centre of the country with nearly 70 year experience of training highly qualified specialists for meat, dairy and fish industry. It was founded in 1931 and has trained some 40,000 engineers for the national economy of the country, about 100 DSc and 800 PhD, over 600 foreign students and postgraduate.
MSUAB is a prestigious large educational, scientific, methodical, research and educational and productive centre of the Russian Federation in the field of applied biotechnology, genetic engineering, food chemistry, biological safety of food products of animal origin and wholesome nutrition.
MSUAB is the leading centre in the research of modern technique and technology
development for animal food processing enterprises, developments in the field of low
waste energy technologies and resource saving as well as intensive technologies. This is
also the centre for adopted and ecologically clean food products and refrigeration
technology.
The number of students has some 3,000, nearly 2,000 of them studied full-time. Their
training is carried out by 73 professors and 225 readers. Within 5 year period there have
