Excellence in education is our primary goal. Our standards are high, and we have the programs and support services to help you aim high, too.
UWinnipeg specializes in full- and part-time undergraduate studies in Arts, Science, Education, and Pre-Professional Programs. UWinnipeg also offers joint Master's Programs in History, Religious Studies, Public Administration, Master of Divinity, Master of Marriage and Family Therapy, and Master of Sacred Theology Programs. Students can choose from over 400 courses, ranging from Ancient Mythology to Advanced Database Systems. Because our focus is on undergraduate students, at UWinnipeg you will have a chance to participate directly in research, either on your own or in close collaboration with faculty. It is quite possible you will publish before you graduate -- many of our students are listed as co-authors on academic papers. All UWinnipeg departments employ undergraduate students as markers, lab demonstrators, and tutors -- teaching roles that are almost exclusively reserved for graduate students at larger institutions. This hands-on experience will give you the edge in the job market or graduate school. |
